Exams, waking up early for school, finding time = STRESS!



STRESS!

Stress is one of the biggest cases in the world! Stress leads to all kinds of problems......but you should take life easy. Stress in kids from age 8-18 is very usual. School.....waking up early in the morning to go to school, finding time for everyone you love, exams!! Their soo much to do in a students life. But if we dont learn to take it easy stress can cause you to get tired, sad, weak.



CAUSES OF STRESS:
1) School
2) Parents
3) Friends
4) Exams
5) Wake up early
6) Getting sick
7) Family
8) News and the environment around us

They are the 8 usual causes to stress. But there are many more reasons to stress.

SOLUTIONS TO STRESS:
1) Keep a calm and open mind
2) Be down to earth
3) Be patient
4) Wait for your problems to get solved
5) Solve others problems
6) Learn living in your community
7) Keep it cool
8) ENJOY life!

These tips seem stupid but just give it a try! You can brighten your or any others day by just following these solutions. Stress is a very common in a person which leads to tension and bad health. So keep it cool and calm and say ALL IS WELL!! ;)
